I was surprised to find that there are many information
products that sell well on Ebay that aren't on internet
marketing. In fact, people seem to be very interested in
certain specific wholesale lists . These actually outweighed
other categories in the research that studied the top selling
info products for the 3rd week in October on Ebay.
It makes sense that people would want to find wholesale items
as this can be a way to buy low and sell high making a profit.
These are often combined with popular items that can be found
on Ebay pulse and include toys, dolls and electronics. The more
specific the better such as a list of wholesale paintball items
suppliers.
Within the miscellaneous category a few interesting findings
came up including information products on hair bows as well as
information products on dating. Also discounted ticket sources
is a good seller. People are always looking for discounts for
concert tickets, sports events and other kinds of performances.
Keep in mind that to sell a wholesale list itself, it is only
permitted in the appropriate "Everything Else, Information
Products, Wholesale Lists" category. Wholesale lists that are
listed in other categories will be removed if someone reports
it to Ebay.
If you are looking to sell something on Ebay, an information
product is a good selection. You can use openoffice to create a
doc file and that can easily be converted to a pdf file . Most
computers now come with adobe reader on their hard drive so
it's easy to open that type of file. An information product can
sell quite well on Ebay depending on the category and topic.
Also keep in mind that you can extend this research over into
selling in other areas than on auction sites. Something that is
popular on Ebay is also popular outside of Ebay as it reflects
the marketplace and current trends.
